My session with Chris was incredible, I will definitely be returning on a regular basis! I have been looking for someone to work with after a back injury led to host of inflammatory issues and a medical system runaround. I instinctively knew I needed a combination of therapies. After welcoming me into her tranquil studio, she offered me herbal tea and fresh fruit as we sat down and discussed everything from skin to gut health, pain relief, lymphatic flow, and mind/body balance. Chris blended lymphatic drainage with deep tissue massage to reset my body, and I left feeling lighter, balanced, and in significantly less pain. Alphássage is AMAZING. I am always a bit more careful when I book massages that are in homes vs in studio but they are always the best and my massage with Chris at Alphássage was THE BEST.

Chris really cares and the studio was so beautiful and calming. You talk to Chris for about 10 minutes before beginning and she listens to all your problems and then digs in. Everything was so professional and GOOD. I had the best sleep of my Iife after my massage with Chris.

I found Alphássage wellness after a quick google search and was happy to find the 40% off promo for first time clients. I’ve been having neck and shoulder pain for a while, so this was a great kick to finally book a massage session. Chris’ place is really beautiful and warm. She welcomes you with tea and fruit and a good intro into what you’re looking for to focus in your session. She’s very knowledgeable about aches and pains and has experience treating athletes and elders with chronic pain. The session was great, 90minutes including the hot towels and stones. I definitely felt the knots and weird tightness in my body addressed, and she even offered some lymphatic focuses for areas I mentioned. I would definitely recommend giving her a try and hoping her wealth of knowledge can help you and your ailments

Chris and I had a consultation before the massage, and just talking to her was healing, validating, and interesting. Chris truly has a gift. I had a 90 minute prenatal massage with her that was absolutely phenomenal - truly the best massage of my life. I will be a regular client and am sending everyone I know to her. She truly understands the body and has a background in sports injury and you can tell! After a ten minute consultation she worked all of my problem areas and intuitively found areas of stress / inflammation I hadn’t even mentioned to her! Chris also helped me stretch tight muscles and gave me advice on how to stretch and maintain some of my muscle tightness moving forward. She even took extra time beyond my 90 minutes to work on problem areas further. She’s truly so kind and talented and makes you feel at

Chris is a body intuitive- her expansive training and experience from athletes to medical therapeutic massage is felt through her instincts and hands.  Chris broke through knots on my neck and shoulders that have been persistent for over three years.  Her unique personalized consultations feel like a therapy session served with fresh fruits and hydration in the comfort of a charming sweet condo. I feel so blessed to have met this unicorn and her healing body work.

Such a refreshing and uplifting experience from start to finish. It was incredibly affirming in every way. One of the most special parts was being able to express myself freely, without ever feeling rushed. The space itself is absolutely beautiful, and Chris was nothing short of spectacular. Honestly I just wanted a massage after a 9 month dancer contract on a moving steel stage and it was so much more then that. Not only did she put her knuckles into my back which is what I wanted it was an experience. She created beautiful vibes and was able to talk to me about how to prevent injuries, personal talk to make me feel comfortable and; as well as work on my body. I’d highly recommend 10/10 but you should be the judge for yourself she don’t disappoint.

I do not even know where to start! From the initial communication, to the consultation before the massage, to the actual massage, and our talk after the massage, I felt nurtured, cared for, and understood!  My body feels amazing after the massage; the aches I had before the massage disappeared!  Chris is truly the “body whisperer”!  She is about to be sick of seeing me on her schedule!!!!

Alphassage is the standard. Chris is very knowledgeable about health and wellness and the body period. During my  first visit,  we had a discussion about my aches and pains. After the message she revealed her findings. From there we discussed a plan to address the root cause of my pain. Chris has a calming and inviting spirit. Alphassage is well worth the visit. I highly recommend them.  After just one visit I can feel the difference in my body.

Chris is an absolute gem! Super accommodating (providing warm and cold beverages, and a light snack) as we discussed my concerns and needs. I am pregnant and opted for the prenatal massage and can I just say, at 36 weeks, I left feeling so light! Also, did I mention how beautiful and calming the massage room was! Sooo good! She addressed everything I shared during the session and gave great follow-up suggestions. Will absolutely be back!!!

I came to Chris with intense foot pain, particularly from Plantar Fasciitis, and I can honestly say the relief I felt after just one session was incredible. This was one of the best massages I’ve ever gotten in New York. Chris healed me immediately after going to the ER for a pinched nerve in my neck chest and back I am so grateful. They took their TIME with me and honestly I got more than I paid for by a HANDFUL. They recieved me with tea and fruit and asked me thorough questions about my needs. When I tell you this is a HIDDEN GEM. I can’t believe more people don’t know about this space. After 2 grueling hours of intensive hot stone, hot wraps, massage and stretching I can finally sit up straight again. I walked in their hunched over in pain I walked out immediately feeling relief. As a ballet dancer, my body is my instrument—and earlier this year, my world shifted when I was diagnosed with breast cancer and underwent a double mastectomy. I booked a manual lymphatic drainage session with Chris during my recovery, and from the very beginning, she brought a level of care and compassion that I deeply needed.

She took the time to truly get to know me, not just as a client but as a person navigating a major life transition. She tailored the massage with such precision and sensitivity—it was gentle, yet incredibly effective. I felt a deep sense of relief during and after the session, both physically and emotionally.

Since then, I’ve been booking with Chris consistently. Her massages are hands down the best I’ve ever had. Each session leaves me feeling physically lighter, more connected to my body, and supported on my healing journey. I’m so grateful to have found her.

I decided to treat myself to a birthday massage and am so glad I found Chris! From the moment I walked in, I felt instant calm as I entered a clean and plant filled space.

Before the massage, Chris and I had a consultation to ensure that it was unique to my specific needs. I recently had a baby, so she made sure to consider this for the massage. The massage included extra attention to my lower back as well as lymphatic drainage. The massage was one of the best I’ve ever had. Chris was thorough and skilled in her technique.

I had a wonderful experience at alphassage wellness and fitness. From the time I walked in was greeted in a professional manner. Christian and her team talked to me about health and nutrition and my sleeping pattern. After, she started the massage targeting all the area's. When she finished a area, she would place a hot towel to that area while she moved to another spot. No time was wastee, I felt very relaxed and comfortable from start to finish.  I would highly recommend anyone who's experiencing pain, sprains, or any form of discomfort to give this place a try, you will not regret it.

Chris will make you feel so taken care of, before, during, and after your session! The space is bright, clean, and relaxing, and she takes so much time to get to know you, your body, your habits, your injuries - anything that can help her give you the massage you need. I immediately felt like I was meeting with an old friend upon sitting down at her table. The massage itself was invigorating and I really felt a lot of my tensions and emotions rising to the surface. I’m so excited for my next session with Chris and to learn more from her about how to take care of my body!

She knows her craft exceptionally well and worked on  the tension in my upper right shoulder, neck and especially my left hand.

I would and have recommend Alphassage to all my friends. What a wonderful experience both my husband and I had. On arriving for our massage, we were welcome into a space where the ambiance was soft and  peaceful. We were given refreshments and felt that the process was neither rushed nor automatic. We could tell that Christin love what she does. The care and detail that she put into what she does left us with a feeling of wellbeing and a desire to come as often as time allows.

I had my first massage with Chris at the end of March and it honestly was transformational. I felt like a brand new person afterward. We also had a very insightful debrief after the session. I would highly recommend everyone to do yourself a favor and book a session!

I recently had the pleasure of receiving a massage from Chris, and it was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome, tea, water, and fresh fruit, which immediately set a relaxing tone. Chris took the time to share her background and told me about her passion for working with athletes, which made me feel confident that I was in great hands.

Since I work out 3-4 times a week, Chris asked about my routine and tailored the massage specifically for recovery. The session was an hour and a half of pure bliss—she focused on stretching, reducing inflammation, and massaging out all my tender areas. I particularly loved the addition of hot stones, which was a fantastic touch.

At the end of the massage, Chris gave me a thorough rundown of what was going on with my body and offered tips on how I could improve my recovery. It was clear that she truly cares about her clients' well-being.

One of the best massage experiences of my life. Don’t think about it, just book the session & experience it yourself. From the initial consultation, you’re made to feel at ease, understood & engaged. When I first arrived, I was made to feel understood, engaged & relaxed before the massage. From there on, I was provided expert manipulation & muscle work to the areas I explained were chronically sore & stiff. After the 1+  hour massage, I felt relief that I had not felt for the last 14 years. I thought it was over but I was pleasantly surprised when I was leaving the massage room, to see the therapist waiting with tea & water in hand, before I left. We chatted for what seemed hours. They circled back on what they observed & felt during the session explaining the techniques used & the muscles at play. They then provided an in depth list of resources/tools I could use for myself if I decided not to return. I quipped that I was grateful for their  insight & list of resources, but that providing me with all these resources is risky as a business model since it’s effectively solving the malady their services were designed for. They replied with the kindness of a human who wants to help people without wanting anything in return. they continued for several more minutes advising on what I could do next to improve my quality of life & that’s when I decided that we need more people like her in this field & that I would return. They are a 10000 out of 10 in services provided.

Chris was amazing! She was so thoughtful in the entire massage experience. I arrived to a plate of fresh fruit and hot tea and we discussed my lifestyle and concerns before the session. I felt very listened to (something that is SO important to me and hard to find) and all my concerns were addressed in my session. She even went over my session end time so she could get as in depth as I needed since I was dealing with some specific issues. After my session she gave me so much info about what she found and walked me through a plan to add into my weekly recovery routine. As a dancer it’s so hard to find a good therapist - Chris really tailored my massage to my needs and I felt so listened to!

What an experience! I booked the night before as I needed a mommy treat during my kid free weekend. Chris is so warm and thoughtful, all of my anxiety subsided as I walked through her doors.  We spoke about my sciatica, back issues and tight shoulders and she told me how they were going to be addressed during the pre-massage consultation. I thought I had massages before, but none were as tailored and effective as this. I was even a little emotional feeling the built up stress and tension in my shoulders melt away.  Post-massage we discussed my focus areas again and how to build on what was improved today. Chris is a healer! I'm so grateful for today's session, I will definitely make this a regular occurance. Chris was absolutely amazing, I can only send praise! The massage was curated to fit my needs after a peaceful consultation before the session and was fantastically executed. Always feel like pressure is a fluctuating part of getting massages however Chris consistently kept a perfectly fitting amount based on my reactions and feedback! I really appreciate the conversations that we had before and after the massage. Over a cup of tea how wonderful! I’ve never had such personalized massage, it felt very effective on my body. Her technique is super amazing and professional. The heat pads and stones were  really nice and soothing, which my body badly needed. Chris is so good at giving tips on relaxations and healthier habits as I’ve been struggling with poor postures and stress for all these years. This is a game changer and I highly recommend.

Let me start by saying I never had a massage before so I didn't know what to expect. But, Chris received me with good convo and good vibes from the start. It was easy to feel comfortable and give her an idea of what my day to day is like, that way she knows what she's getting herself into. The massage itself was fire! she was able to undo years of tension in a short amount of time and found problem areas I wasn't even aware I had. Throughout the massage all senses are stimulated and the combination of rainwater sounds, aroma therapy, and oils were just what I needed to mentally escape the fast paced life I live on the regular basis. When she was finished I didn't want it to end but I felt relaxed and reset and that is something that's been very hard for me to feel for a while. At the end we had a small talk about what areas she felt I needed the most help in and she explained many things about the tension in my body that I didn't know about before, but made a lot of sense after. Overall I went in for a massage and I came out with a new understanding of what self care truly is. Throughout the whole thing I kept telling myself I can't believe I went all these years without Chris in my life, make sure you guys bring her into yours too.
